This 110m2 apartment in the most prestigious area of ​​Lisbon had great potential just waiting to be revealed.

The first thing we did was to bring natural light back into the main entrance to the apartment which was blocked by a solid guardrail at the level of the stairwell to the living floor. We designed a tailor-made black metal balustrade with rounded shapes which bring real added value to the apartment.

The main plateau, with its two terraces overlooking the city, is bathed in light; which made the kitchen and dining area too exposed to the sun. This is why we built a pergola on the south terrace, adding a nice play of light and shadow. For more privacy, we also added curtains highlighted by indirect light.

To give soul and personality to the space, we added texture to the white walls using a sandy paint applied with a brush as well as straw wallpaper on the ceiling highlighted with indirect light to bring a warmer atmosphere to the living room.

We built a wall encompassing an ethanol fireplace, the TV and a rounded niche with shelves, all highlighted by a black tiled base which is also found in the back of the bookcase created on the staircase.

Finally, we selected furniture and lighting that integrate perfectly with the architectural elements, subtly incorporating colors and shapes.

A chic and timeless apartment is born!
