This 85m2 commercial premises was raw from floor to ceiling. We therefore created a toilet, a changing room for staff and a kitchenette.

To reflect the activity of our clients, luxury villa rental agents, we have chosen oak parquet laid out in herringbone pattern with high skirt board. A beige color for the walls to give a warmer appearance and a turquoise blue for the “water” block which separates the customer reception side from the back stage side of the teams.

The kitchenette being the central element, we opted for a turquoise blue marble-effect ceramic stoneware arranged in an “open book”. Everything is highlighted by an arch and indirect light.

The furniture was selected for a current and timeless appearance between off-white bouclé fabric and black metal legs. A few photo frames recall the nautical world appreciated by the customers who come into the space.
